Over the past 9 years, her passion for health and fitness developed into a career change. She left the Corporate America world in 2020 to be a CF-L1 and Nutrition Coach. After more than a decade of being immersed in the gamut of sports and competition, Brooke decided to put her experiences to use and began coaching group spin classes in 2010. She's been coaching classes and individuals ever since. It wasn't until a couple of years ago Brooke was introduced to CrossFit. As a diverse athlete; Brooke has competed in track and field, Sprint Triathlons, competitive bodybuilding, and powerlifting; CrossFit drew her attention. The variety of movements, skills, strengths, and challenges appealed to her immediately, she knew CrossFit was just what she was looking for. Once she joined the community and learned more of the movements she completed her CF-L1 and internship to become a Cigar City Coach in November of 2020. In her quest to assist athletes in achieving their goals, Brooke offers nutritional coaching to compliment the hard work put in during workouts.
