Pumpkin Cappuccino Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ascent protein cappuccino flavor
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Turn on waffle maker
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined
  3. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and pour 1/4 of blended mix
